Primary
Developmental Program
What is the Primary
Development Program?
-
The PDP is designed for children who are identified by a Multi-Disciplinary
Team as having a developmental delay requiring specifically designed
instruction.
- The program objectives are to develop the academic and life skills
necessary for success in the public school system.
- We
have a well-respected reputation for providing services for
children of all abilities, including those with special needs.
- The
curriculum promotes a structured setting. This includes
developing social skills, refining motor skills and learning
basic academic
concepts.
- Each
student receives a complete developmental and speech/language

therapy evaluations
are provided by an outside agency when needed.
- Child
must be referred by the Intermediate Unit and/or the school
