Family Caring Fund
Special events at Lifesteps help to support the Lifetsteps’ Family
Caring Fund. As funding becomes more and more of a challenge, this fund
is vital to the agency to be able to carry on its 80 year history
of helping many families and individuals with life’s changing needs.
The fund supports programs like our Butler Geriatric Adult Day Health Services,
which helps medically fragile adults live to their fullest potential;
our FREE Child Check screenings that help identify problems that may interfere
in the normal growth and development of children birth to five years of
age; or our child-focused child care program, offering child care in a
nurturing and caring environment.
All proceeds raised from special events benefit the Lifesteps’ Family
Caring Fund. The primary purpose of the Lifesteps’ Family Caring
Fund is paying costs not otherwise reimbursed by federal, state or county
programs.
