PHYSICAL THERAPIST
This is a flexible substitute position working in one county or multi-counties
which include Armstrong, Butler, Indiana, Lawrence, Beaver, and Mercer.
Become part of a multidisciplinary diagnostic team and perform physical
therapy evaluations on young children (birth to 3 years.) Must have a valid
PA drivers license and PA Physical Therapy License.
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST
This is a flexible substitute position working in one county or multi-counties
which include Armstrong, Butler, Indiana, Lawrence, Beaver, and Mercer. Become
part of a multidisciplinary diagnostic team and perform occupational therapy
evaluations on young children (birth to 3 years.) Must have a valid PA drivers
license and PA Occupational Therapy License.
HOUSE COORDINATOR
This is a full-time, 7a.m.-3p.m., 6 days on, 2 days off position. Assist adults with MH/MR with daily living needs in addition to coordinating daily operations of the home, doctor's appointments, social activities, staff scheduling, housekeeping, & personal care. Six months experience in a community home required, as well as good organizational skills, valid PA driver's license, & ability to lift/transfer up to 200 lbs. with assistance. Position is located in Indiana.
LPN
We have three full-time positions,7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm or 3pm-11pm/11pm-7am
split shift with great benefits working 6 days on, 2 days off. Days off
rotate
on a
7-week
schedule.
Weeks 6 and 7 you would have 3- day weekends off. Position includes caring
for extra medical needs of adults with MH/MR, as well as assisting with their
daily living activities such as cooking, cleaning, personal hygiene, & community
interaction. A valid PA driver's license and ability to lift/transfer
up to 200# with assistance required. Full-time positions have paid medical,
dental, vision, 10 sick days, 10 vacation days,16 personal hours, 12 holidays & birthday
off with pay. You must be 18 years of age or older, have a current valid
PA driver's license and current LPN license. Position is located in
Homer City.
SPEECH PATHOLOGIST
Become part of a multidisciplinary team performing speech / language evaluations
on young children (birth to three) in multi county area. Daily local travel
required. Must have State License and CCC. Weekends and holidays off.
DIRECT CARE
Assist adults with MH/MR with daily living needs such as feeding, bathing, toileting, dressing, lifting/transferring up to 200 lbs. with assistance, administering oral medications, community outings, mowing, shoveling snow and anything else that needs done in the home. We have three shifts: 7am-3pm; 3pm-11pm; 11pm-7am. Work 6 days on/ 2days off. Days off rotate on a 7-week schedule. Weeks 6 and 7 you would have 3- day weekends off. Full-time positions have paid medical, dental, vision, 10 sick days, 10 vacation days,16 personal hours, 12 holidays & birthday off with pay. You must be 18 years of age or older & have a current valid PA driver’s license Full-time, part-time & substitute positions are available in Elderton, Indiana, Homer City and Penn Run.
