Lifesteps' Indiana County Center
is conveniently located at 1455 Church Street in Indiana, PA.

Operating for more than 35 years in Indiana County, Lifesteps offers a variety of programs including Child Check screenings and public health education. In 1995, the Community Outreach Program Center was opened to provide day programming for adults with mental retardation.
