Armstrong County Community OutReach Center

Lifesteps Armstrong Community OutReach Center, an adult day program, has been providing services to area residents since 1999. Conveniently located at 245 Butler Road in Kittanning, Lifesteps’ Community OutReach program provides services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Community–based Services provided by Lifesteps in the Armstrong County area include: Child Check - FREE Developmental and Autism screenings for children birth to age 5; Pediatric Independent Evaluations; and information and referral. Lifesteps also provides residential living for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including community homes, and family living.
